By accessing or using the Mega I-Marg application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Mega I-Marg provides a vendor-to-vendor (B2B) platform for the logistics industry. We facilitate connections between vehicle owners listing availability and transporters or agents posting trip requirements. We do not provide transportation services ourselves; we are a marketplace for logistics professionals.
Users of the platform typically fall into two categories:
The Mega I-Marg Admin team reserves the right to reject or suspend any account that fails to meet documentation standards or platform guidelines.
Certain features of the platform, including vehicle listings, may require a monthly subscription fee (e.g., ₹300/month). Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to platform features.
Users can post advertisements or featured requirements for a fee (e.g., ₹1000 per ad per month). Payments for these services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Users agree to conduct business professionally and ethically. Any fraudulent listings, misleading requirements, or harassment of other vendors will result in immediate account termination.
Users have the right to terminate their account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature. Upon deletion, all active listings and requirements associated with the account will be immediately removed. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Mega I-Marg is a marketplace only. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from transactions between vehicle owners and transporters. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into agreements.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
